As Imperial College’s Sustainability week is coming to an end, we took the time to provide you with more information on the university’s previous sustainability efforts and commitments being made, but also what is going to happen in the future to create a campus live that is aligned with our planetary boundaries
In that regard, Imperial’s food & drink offering will play a vital role in the shift toward more climate friendly operations. In this episode, Claudia and Moritz welcome Ella Shepherd onto the show who has been driving Imperial’s new food and drink policy which amongst other things is looking to cut out beef from the unversities food offering entirely by 2026!

Panaikorn shares why he and his co-founders started this PE firm around 10 years ago. He shares the portfolio companies and what Lakeshore has provided in terms of added values to their investees. The added value includes the ESG implementation, in which Panaikorn also provides some specific examples. They then talk about climate change and whether this issue has any impact in Thailand business space, both from the macro perspective or from the local company’s operations.
